As a partner at Backstage Capital, I invested in 200 companies led by underrepresented founders, including women, people of color, and LGBTQIA+ founders. We

catalyzed the landscape for underestimated founders and funders.

At Backstage, I ran the world’s first global accelerator program for underrepresented founders, with a concurrent cohort in Philadelphia, Detroit, Los Angeles, and London.

Prior to Backstage, I was a Principal on the Verizon Ventures team, where I led value creation for the portfolio, and sourced investments in IoT, AI, mobility, and connectivity.
